    About the Role

    As a faculty member, you will perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures, including:

    • Vascular access and biopsy
    • Oncologic, hepatobiliary, and portal interventions
    • Transplant interventions and dialysis care
    • Pulmonary embolism treatments with an active PERT team
    • Venous interventions, PAE, PAD, women’s interventions
    • Non-vascular and non-invasive imaging

    Educational and Research Opportunities

    You will educate medical students, IR/DR residents, and fellows in a dynamic academic setting. Faculty enjoy dedicated time and resources for research initiatives, supported by institutional collaborations within Radiology and other divisions.

    Qualifications

    Candidates must meet these criteria before employment:

    • American Board of Radiology certification or eligibility
    • Completion of a vascular/interventional radiology fellowship or IR/DR residency (preferably at the fellow level)
    • Eligibility for a medical license in Minnesota

    Preference is given to those with a Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Vascular Interventional Radiology or IR/DR Certification. Both clinically focused and academic track applicants are welcome. Academic rank, compensation, and appointment type depend on experience and qualifications.
