The Primary Care Physician will see our complex chronic geriatric patients Monday - Friday. This role has great promotion potential to grow to a Pod Leader where you'd have clinical oversight of Advance Practice Providers.

Qualifications include, experience with geriatric population or complex patients, active/unrestricted medical license in state and DEA, and BC/BE.
